CREW LEAD
Job Summary:
The crew lead (Level 3) position is a leader of a crew and duties include all aspects of tower work, advanced training requirements, and leadership characteristics. The Level 3 position requires the comprehension and advanced use of varying tools and test equipment. This individual will be responsible for ensuring jobsite safety of all team members and others in close proximity to our working environment. In addition, the employee will be required to pass several advanced safety and knowledge-based courses applicable to the position.
Key Responsibilities:

Competent at Assessing Site/Job

Ensure Safety Compliance of Self and others on the Crew (filing out JHA and PPE forms for every job)

Capstan/Cathead Certifications

Passive Intermodulation Certification (PIM)

Competent Level 3 Rigger

Good Housekeeping
-
Responsible for All Aspects for Job

Quality Contol
-
NOC Notifications
-
Tower Inspections, to include the use of TPT software and Theodlite
-
Tensionometer Use
-
Completed Close-Outs within 24 Hours of Job Completion
Required Education, Certifications, Experience, Skills:

Successful completion of all Level 1 & 2 Requirements

Process for Performance Review:

Performance reviews will be written

Performance reviews will be administered annually on employees date of hire anniversary

A written copy will be given to employee

An employee tech level guide will be discussed during each evaluation, outlining the requirements for advancement to differing tech levels and associated pay rates.
